How you can help

First (and most important), by voting for me on November 4. I am sure you will be coming to vote for president and senator and mayor. Don’t forget to go to the school board screen on the ballot and vote for Bert J. Berlin. (If you need help getting to your polling place, please call me).

Second (and almost as important) by talking to your friends and neighbors about my campaign to provide a first-class education to all of Richmond’s children.

Third, by agreeing to accompany me door-to-door to meet the neighbors on your block or in your apartment house.

Fourth, by putting one of my signs on your lawn or displaying my bumper sticker on your car.

Fifth, by making a monetary contribution to my campaign. It will cost me about twenty thousand dollars to run this campaign and I don’t have that kind of money. Your generous contribution of twenty-five dollars will enable me to purchase five lawn signs or send mail to about fifty people.
